Shipping and Returns

How long does my order take to ship?

Every order is packaged within 24-48 hours after being received. I ship through Canada post with a flat rate of $15 within Canada for order any order.

Do you offer FREE pick ups?

YES! if you live locally to Listowel ON, i can offer free pick up from my studio. Address will be provided at checkout. Please note that an appointment will need to be made to pick up. You can do that through the appointment booking system for the studio, or by contacting me via text or instagram.

Do you offer FREE shipping?

I unfortunately can’t offer free shipping, any retail/gift certificate purchase you will qualify for flat rate shipping of $15.

Do you offer international shipping? 

I do not currently offer shipping outside of Canada.

What is your return policy? 

Currently everything is final sale, due to the nature of the products and hygiene standards, however individual situations should they arise, please let me know, and I will assess accordingly.
